First custom korker bow!

Greetings everyone! The other day I told you all about my first custom commission and today I will be sharing about that bow!

This bow was so much fun to make. The colors blend so amazingly. Im putting it down as a color combo to remember!

I hope I get more custom orders in soon! I love to see what my customers come up with that I can't. Im terrible with ideas sometimes. Unless I get inspiration from something else Im normally a little lacking in the creative department.

The other day a good friend of mine contacted me about doing 13 custom bows. Maybe more! She wants them for her sisters wedding in july. Im praying she goes through with her order because it would be so much fun to see how well I do with a large order like that.

Well that's all I have for you right now! Take care and talk to you again!

First order!

Im so very happy and proud to say that I've gotten my first order! I just created a purple and pink (both light) korker bow for a woman named holly whittenmyer who ordered this custom korker bow along with 7 other bows! Im so glad to have her as a customer and pray that she comes back. I love making korker bows despite the pain it gives me. Getting poked so many times makes it well worth it.

I hope soon jennifer fernandes will be placing an order as well for a few custom bows for her lovely daughter savannah. That girl is amazing. She's adorably cute and utterly sweet. I've made her a few bows already and she has made me money in return. She's amazing. She loves me bows too! I gotta make sure I bring her some next time I see her.

I hope I get more orders in. I'll try to post pictures next time of my custom orders!

Just starting out...

So I made my first bow today and I must say it came out pretty well. Im very proud of it and I am excited to make more. I have been thrown off on the sewing part. I read up that sewing is the best way to make a strong bow. I messed with this first one of mine, pulling it and ranking it and trying to pull it apart but it's pretty darn strong. No kid could pull it apart unless they really wanted to. I hope this will help the prices be well worth it. I want to make these built to last possibly over the ages. That would be amazing.

I chose a simple style and a simple combo. I'll be playing with more later on when my shipment comes in. I'll be making simple small baby bows hopefully soon and putting those up for sale in my etsy shop. For now Im simply running my etsy shop and only that. If things sell really well, I will get a domain name and set all that up. I don't expect it to get that amazing but one can wish, no?

Tell me what you think of my first bow! Got some color combo ideas? Leave a comment!
